These terms govern use of the Blackbird Crow website and orders placed with Blackbird Crow, LLC. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms.

Adults only

You must be at least 21 years old to browse regulated cannabis products or place an order. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at pickup or delivery. We may cancel an order when age or identity cannot be verified.

Product information

Product availability, appearance, potency, and packaging may change. We work to keep descriptions and prices accurate, but we may correct errors before an order is completed. Product information is educational and is not medical advice.

Orders and availability

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders remain subject to product availability, payment confirmation, service-area eligibility, and applicable requirements. We may limit quantities or cancel an order when necessary.

Cryptocurrency payments

Payments are accepted in Bitcoin, Ethereum, or USDT. Customers are responsible for using the correct currency, wallet address, network, and amount. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Orders are prepared after sufficient payment confirmation.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup and delivery times are estimates. We may refuse delivery or pickup completion when requirements are not met.

Responsible use

Keep cannabis away from children and pets. Do not drive or operate machinery while impaired. Use products responsibly and follow applicable laws.
