Oregon tax treatment
Oregon does not impose a general retail sales tax. Recreational cannabis purchases may still be subject to applicable state and local cannabis taxes. Taxes required for an order are calculated according to the product, fulfillment location, and rules in effect at the time of purchase.
Prices and checkout totals
Product prices may be shown before applicable cannabis taxes unless the page or checkout states otherwise. Review the final order summary before sending cryptocurrency. The confirmed checkout total is the amount due for the order, excluding any blockchain network fee charged by your wallet.
Changes and corrections
Tax rates and requirements can change. If a calculation or location requires correction before payment, we will provide an updated total. We do not provide personal tax advice; contact a qualified tax professional for questions about your individual circumstances.
