3. Receive an updateWe will let you know when pickup is ready or when an eligible delivery has been prepared.

24 to 72 hour delivery estimate

Accepted delivery orders usually arrive within 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation. Timing can vary because of weather, holidays, inventory, address verification, carrier operations, or legal compliance checks. We will contact you if an issue affects your order.

Privacy-conscious delivery

Eligible orders are placed in plain, secure outer packaging to protect the contents and customer privacy. All labels and handling remain accurate and compliant with applicable law and carrier rules.

Where delivery is available

Delivery is offered only for orders and destinations that can be fulfilled lawfully. Availability is confirmed during order review and may differ by product or location. We do not guarantee delivery solely because an address is within the United States.

Pickup after payment

Pickup is available from our Monmouth location after the payment is confirmed and you receive notice that the order is ready. Please do not travel to the store until that confirmation arrives.
